What is the ECU service?

Answer: Yes, I have and it works well with the dongle.

Question: When installing the ftp200 folder installer, did you also receive an error message before successfully installing it? Another possible situation is that the software will auto close.
Answer: You are missing the installation of an offline server KT200_FTP.ZIP. Kt200 ftp is an offline folder that must be installed when using it offline. It is a virtual server that you have to install in order for it to work properly. I successfully installed it, but I was curious about the error message that appeared when opened the setup. I clicked "yes" when asked if there was enough space, then clicked "ok" after seeing some messages, and then it successfully installed.

Possible Problem 2. ecuhelp kt200 offline workstation license expired


Solution: 
Click on "Get System Info” and send us the file "sysinfo.txt".
Wait to be given a "License.lic", then put it on the desktop to click on update license. 

Please remember:
The offline workstation is required to connect internet every 15 days. 

Possible Problem 3. Possible Setup KT200 online version and offline version in the same computer?
You can install both versions. To do so,
Step 1. install the online software
Step 2.  install the offline software.

I encountered a situation where the online version was removed after starting the offline setup. What should I do?
Answer: If the older software is installed  in the USB dongle, you need to uninstall the older software first. Afterward, reinstall the latest online software and then proceed with the installation of the offline software.
