First, check the source of your internet connection. Are you using a hotspot or Wi-Fi from a router? If it's from a phone, try using a different carrier.
In my case, the issue was due to an antivirus application that my carrier had started using. Once I removed this feature, everything worked fine.

I have the same problem, fortunately, I managed to install everything by downloading the .zip from the "Downloads" section and manually installing the tool drivers because it couldn't find it.

Check the USB cable and try different USB port on your laptop. If nothing solves problems, reinstall kt200 and drivers.

With an updated version of sw Flashing this kind will reduce the risk for the customer to receive an update at the dealer if serviced once the car has been tuned. Updates are just newer versions of dealer sw that would have been otherwise flashed to ecu if it had of went for service...
This vr file which is the update version can be written with kt200ii.

Q:Question: I have a problem with edc 17c60 peugeot 3008,I wrote the updated original file of another central and now I can no longer write, I read the saved password and it still gives password error boot mode. Answer this question

The ECU is now no longer writeable. The password is retrieved from within the flash file but it's been corrupted or does not match that of the processor, I only see this happen when user write bad solution and get error "otb sector un-write able" or does not save the processor password separately. You will need another c60 ecu if you wish to modify it.
