You need full backup 2mb flash, in this particular case sw in your file is 1037398891, so you need 2mb 1037398891, then you can flash it via kt200

For cloning an EDC17C60, you can use either the KT200 or Tagflash. Here's what you need to do:
1). Read both ECUs.
2). Use the Tricore cloning option, which will generate a file made from the read ECUs.
3). Write that file to the "new" ECU.
