I had the same problem a few days ago. It turns out you need to delete some .dll file, although I can't remember its exact name. This file is recreated every time you start the program. You can find it in the installation location.

This is EDC16CP36, and for this ecu file size (read by normal tools) is 2048kb / 2mb / 16mbit, you can't flash this partial read above in size 512kb to this ecu using kt200, that's why you get mentioned error. You need full backup 2mb flash, in this particular case sw in your file is 1037398891, so you need 2mb 1037398891, then you can flash it via kt200 use jtag, drill a hole
