One user feedback: I am having a problem installing io-prog software. Please assist. Windows 10 64bit. Tried on 2 laptops. Same problem.

I fixed it. It needed a patch update. And my supplier sent it.
For 32-bit systems (X86), download "Vc_redist.x86."
For 64-bit systems (X64), download "Vc_redist.x64."
