Q: How does KT200 R/W ducato 2020r/21 mj9df?
A: HW 001 & 002 work ok via obd, but takes around 2 hours to read and 15 min to write.
If you want to do it faster i suggest to do via jtag, it is much safer. If it is hw003 remove SGW.


Q: For your KT200, which voltage do you typically give?
A1: It varies with the ECU. Usually, I start at 13 volts, though certain PCR2.1 require 13.5 volts, and there was one instance where I had to increase to 13.9 volts.
A2: On Bench mode, I apply 14.2 volts at 2 amps; for OBD mode, 60 amps at 13.5 volts ok.
It's crucial to know what ecu that start pump/fan and bench it insted.

Test on Citroën Sid803a on bench perfect with KT200.

important : for internet connection cant use apple iphone because have inside firewall that cannot be disabled and if you start the program with it you have always popup message about new update available...etc
for internet connection you can only use home/business connection via lan /wifi or android connection via usb cable/wifi....iphone via usb cable/wifi does not work

KT200 is better than the similar ECU Programmer, it has more more ecus supported and for me now work really fine .

KT200 is a great tool for the price ! I make a lot of md1cs003 psa cs006 Renault cp004 VAG.

KT200 is  a very good tool, no need to open ecu edc16 full in bench edc17 too, make bdm jtag ,VR read offline dongle in full kit, you can buy HT-prog too , this an additionnal tool who work with KT200 , with this you can cloned a lot of ecu, read CAS etc.

A: the original power adapter is enough for most ecus BUT in some ecus more voltage is required, like 13.5-14v then you have to use a power source.

Regarding the power adapter, the original one provided should enough for most ECUs. However, if you encounter ECUs that demand higher voltages, like 13.5-14v, you'll need to use a different power source.

Htprog came with the tricore cable and powerful adapter.. tested edc16 and edc17 working well with bench power supply

I personally do not use KT200 for Tricore on the bench, i use KTM Bench without any issues. But for some other thing what not support KESS or MPPS via obd or KTAG in BOOT mode i use KT200. And it work just fine. Yesterday i am work Full system on Ducato 2017/2018 MJD 9DF without SGW via obd connector read/write eeprom and flash just fine.

I have tested on Skoda_1.6tdi_2015_DCM6.2V, OBD reading like VR file for 6 sec, writing is about 20 minutes, CHK OK !

A: It's more reliable on the Bench. bench no problem tested it whith obd just to see it worked no problem, for reading and writing, ensure you have 13v. Also, have driver seetbelt on so ignition don't turn off.

KT200 doesn't control over you. Moreover, KT200 has a dedicated server for VR files.

A: Tport off checksum fix and 13-14v power and write is safe. Anyway, always bench a new ecu when you never had this ecu before .if you have backup you can flash obd.
See enough in AT Group and Kess bricking ecu by VR writing and have to get an New ecu or immo off an other ecu ...
Bmw all are good to remove only bmw 2er and M models ecus are on fucking places.

pcr2.1 is good, sometimes dont have vr need update by vcp or any tools. pcr2.1 on 99% cars have lock screw, some car have lock screw need cuting to take out. what you write audi a1 have lock ecu need cut, some golf as wells. 
pcr 2.1 is very easy by obd.

Audi a4 b8 2.0 143hp van from 2007/7 VR File, kt200 read/write edc17cp14 via OBD yes, but it is more safety on bench. 

Renault V42 CAN, ECUHELP KT200 read/write it on Bench mode is no option, either no OBD options, only Jtag/Boot option.

KT200 can read/write eeprom&flash for Valeo j34p Peugeot 207 via OBD. 

Edc17c10 Ford Focus 1.6 2013 R/W/chk ok via OBD. If battery low connect Stabilizer or do it on bench,charger makes voltage mini variations, connect the orange cable.

If is wrong, will not letting eto write flash, so it will not damage the ECU.
